The bar again is very modern with black tiled fascia and grey marble top and offers everything you need to serve daily drinks from coffees through to cocktails.

Downstairs houses a kitchen area which is currently being used as a store room but is the perfect place to create some good quality food and is well equipped.  However please note that this is a cold kitchen as the license does not permit to cook by naked flame – sandwiches, salads, tapas – microwaveable food is also permitted so you can still offer a good daily menu.

This bar is very well priced considering it also includes all stock plus the monthly rent is very cheap indeed.  This is a very busy area with a high occupancy of residents.  It also sees a vast amount of tourists all year round so there is plenty of business to be had.
