So seven years on and the Costa del Sol at least is finally showing signs of being out of the recession.

• Some banks are starting to lend money to new businesses

• Marbella is starting to see new development showing that the property market is slowly on the up

• More jobs are being created

• The Costa del Sol has seen the best tourism for the last 7 years between January and April of this year

• Commercial sales have seen a massive increase so far this year

This is great news for everyone here and those considering the move to Spain.  We rode the waves and came out the other side.

• Jason Derulo came to Marbella for a one night only gig – rammed to the rafters!
