The 72 m2 terrace is just stunning.  Having recently (2016) purchased brand new Rattan furniture which include: 4 sofas to the front with 8 chairs and coffee tables at each set (this area sees the sun for the majority of the day), 48 chairs with matching tables in the main area that has a complete awning system around it so can be used whatever the weather.  There are no interrupted views to the beach and is extremely popular with the locals as a meeting place to catch up. Also for tourists before, during and after beach time.
