The main kitchen is very professional throughout and mainly of stainless steel to include plancha, gas hob, fryer, pizza oven, dish washer, fridges, work tops and full extraction meeting current regulations.  This is of a superb size without being too big and can easily cope with a full cafe bar style daily menu.
