Situated in the heart of Fuengirola´s town centre, this bar restaurant is only seconds from both the beach and main shopping area and backs onto the party square. This is a very popular location and sees people from all over the Costa del Sol visit here for its cafes, beaches and night life. It currently operates as a cocktail lounge/diner but is capable of so much more making it a great venue for a family to run.

Inside comprises a fully equipped and professional kitchen complete with extraction, industrial equipment, stainless steel benches etc and everything has a place making food easy to prepare and cook on request. This is a good size and ideally would suit a chef plus one other. There is also an area ideal for keeping fridges and freezers keeping the kitchen clear to concentrate on the cooking.

Going into the main area you will find a very well decorated venue complete with a long bar having several televisions wall mounted on the back wall which is ideal for showing sports. The bar is fully equipped to include a computerised till system, industrial coffee machine and an array of drinks perfect for creating those ever demanding cocktails. There is a mass of fridges also which gives you some idea of the amount of drink this venue gets through. This bar is well lit during the day but comes alive at night with its changeable coloured lights.

The main area is filled with various types of seating for about 90 people to include high tables and chairs, dining style furniture and fixed cushioned seating. There is also a pool table which is always popular, few more televisions and a DJ booth which is great for getting the party started. Please note however this business does not have a music license in place.

Through the large double glass doors leads you to the terrace which is slightly elevated and 50 m2 in size. This area holds seating for about 32 people and sees the sun for a good portion of the afternoon. It faces directly over the main road leading from the town centre to the port and beach and is an exceptionally busy road so there is always plenty of custom to be had here.

This is a large venue and unless run as a group or family, you will require staff in place.
